Small-townwarmth.
State-of-the-art care.

A neighborhood practice that grew up here.
Dr. Leasa Dornbier opened LifeSmiles in Sidney with a small team and a simple promise: treat every patient like a neighbor, because most of them are. Over the years the technology has changed — digital scans, single-visit crowns, gentle sedation — but the way we welcome you has stayed the same.
We're small enough to know your name and your kids' names, and modern enough to handle everything from a routine cleaning to a full smile reconstruction without sending you out of town.

Dr. Leasa Dornbier, DDS.
Dr. Dornbier founded LifeSmiles in 2003 and has been caring for Sidney families ever since. She pursues continuing education in implants, cosmetic dentistry, and patient comfort so the practice stays current — and she still personally meets every new patient who walks through the door.
"We treat every patient like family — because in Sidney, most of them are."
The little promises we keep every visit.
Comfort isn't a feature — it's how we practice. These are the small commitments that shape every appointment, from a first cleaning to a complex restoration.
- Listen before recommending
- Explain options in plain words
- Quote costs before we start
- Move at your pace, not ours
- Treat anxiety as part of care
- Stand behind our work
Modern tools, used quietly.
Digital x-rays with lower radiation, intraoral scanners instead of putty impressions, same-day CEREC milling, and comfortable sedation options when you need them. The technology stays in the background — your visit doesn't feel like a tech showroom.
Rooted in Sidney, NE.
We live, work, and raise our kids in the Panhandle. We sponsor local teams, see our patients at the grocery store, and treat the practice the way we'd want our own family treated.
